Yes, they are back! From the rage that they were in 90s to 2011, these tiny winy tops are coming back in fashion.
Crop tops, rightly named so, are chopped off to reveal the very sexy midriff.
The crop tops have been on the runway for a while, and are being worn by celebrities, but will people in general enjoy wearing them?
Well, yes. The new age crop top fashion is more elegant and sophisticated, as opposed to the very funky look of 90s.

How to wear the Crop Top casual:
Crop tops are usually associated with bearing the midriff, but if you are not brave enough for that, here is the way to wear them casual, without having to bear your stomach. You can take an old loose tee and crop it off to make your own funky piece.
Crop tops work very well when you want to create layers. You can wear them over a leotard and pair them with high waisted denims or shorts. For footwear, wear a pair of gladiators or better still, put on a pair of leg warmers over your sexy stilettos.

Believe it or not, crop tops can also be worn for a dinner out. Get a pretty embellished / sequined crop top, and wear it over a fitted plain (high waisted) skirt or a dress. put on your stilettos and a clutch and you are ready for the evening out.

Cannes 2011: Penelope Cruz

We feel the double tone of the blue skin tight dark navy Stella McCartney dress is not making it stand out. The neck is too small and the needle heel point shoes could have been a different colour. It is too blue and a different colour of shoes and clutch would have broken the monotony.
We love the white Givenchy tulle gown with lace detailing. It is elegant and stylish, perfect for the red carpet.
The black Emilio Pucci knee length dress is nothing very stunning for us. It is pretty, don't get us wrong, but the big print, shoulder fluff, almost choked neck, is all not working right together.
